OBJECTIVE 2

PARTNERSHIP INVESTMENT FUND (Priority 5)

• Providing financial instruments that will draw on the reserves of both public and private financial institutions to underpin actions in other Priorities working to improve the business dynamism of the area.
  


• Helping existing businesses to grow by improving access to finance. 

• Providing tools to help innovative social enterprises to thrive.
  


• Developing self-sustaining alternative sources of funding to businesses to enable them to obtain commercial loans.
