NETPARKONE Kirklees & Wakefield

NETPARKONE aims to promote local purchase and supply and help companies in the Kirklees and Wakefield areas in West Yorkshire gain a competitive edge through e-business development. 

Supported by European funding, which will amount to nearly £800,000 when this project is completed, Netparkone comprises the maintenance and further development of a content rich website netparkone.co.uk with, at its core, an online business directory. 

It has helped start-up and established businesses make use of e-business and helped increase business sales and create new jobs in the region.  To date, about 200 SMEs have been assisted, over 120 SMEs have been helped with e-business development, some 260 new jobs have been created and £11.5m increased business sales have been achieved.
