Communities are provided with appropriate resources to write, produce, edit and print their own magazines within a refurbished Community Publishing Office, located in the Grimsby Telegraph office building. The project is Community-led and owned; and magazines are produced by teams of volunteers, with the help and assistance of CPO staff. In its second phase the project has received £122,000 of ERDF funding, with £210,000 coming from the Single Regeneration Budget and in-kind contributions. In this phase the project is contracted to assist 32 organisations and six ICT initiatives, create one gross new job and enable 44 people to access ICT.
