Bradley Road Business Park Phase 1 & 2

A project starting in 2002, Bradley Road and Pennine Business Parks is to receive £1.5 million of European Regional Development Funding, towards the overall cost of £2.8 million.  Financial completion of the project is to occur in December 2006.

By establishing a significant and growing cluster of knowledge based small and medium sized businesses, the business parks are to help create a thriving, diverse local economy.  Nearby communities benefit from job opportunities created during the construction stages, and after completion, with new transport routes linking local workers to the parks.

The Project will develop 7.12 Hectares of land, 1.6 Hectares of derelict or contaminated land, create 105 new jobs and accommodate 150 existing jobs.
